mix togethe-wrap-fridge
(or freeze for 20minutes)
4 knobs unsalted butter, softened
Finely chopped fresh parsley
Galic cloves, crushed
salt & pepper & lemon juicePreheat the oven to 180c.
Cut pocket in chicken breast
fill the chicken with the butter
(&cooked bacon)
fasten with toothpicks.chicken-flour-egg-breadcrumbs
(Fry the chicken- golden)
then Oven 180C: 20minutes
