As you can feel from the name of the dish, we hope that this classic western food, fried chicken, can make every customer get the enjoyment on the tip of the tongue and the happiness on the taste buds during the eating us,"happiness" is the deepest desire of every one of us. In the process of production, every member of our team always sticks to the original heart -- "to give the enjoyment of the tongue", and refines every production step, striving to make the fried chicken taste better, in order to satisfy the consumers, and passing the simple dining happiness through fried chicken.💕

用料  

雞腿肉 chicken leg 2千克
鹽 salt 30克
糖 sugar 30克
黑胡椒 black paper 適量
麪包糠 bread bran 適量
食用油 oil 3升
麪粉 flour 250克
嫩肉粉 tenderizer 250克
生菜 romaine lettuce 10片
橙子 orange 5個
番茄 cherry Tomatoes 10個
雞蛋 egg 1個

Happy Chicken的做法  

  1. 1.食材準備:雞腿肉清洗乾淨並切成相同大小的小塊。
    Ingredients preparation: wash and cut chicken leg into small pieces of the same size.

  2. 2.醃製雞肉:準備適量橄欖油,鹽,黑胡椒,糖醃製雞肉。
    Pickled chicken:prepare the chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper and sugar.

  3. 3.製作麪糊:將面和嫩肉粉粉等比例混合,加入雞蛋,逐步加入水攪拌,攪拌至糊狀即可。
    Making batter:mix the flour and tenderizer in the same proportion, add the eggs, gradually add water and stir until the paste is smooth.

  4. 4.裹制雞肉:準備好麪糊和麪包糠,將雞肉先蘸麪糊,再裹上面包糠備用。
    Wrapping chicken: prepare batter and bread bran, dip the chicken in batter first, and then wrap it with bran.

  5. 5.炸制雞肉:在4檔火温下將雞肉炸至金黃,撈出黃,再進行復炸,即可完成。
    Fried chicken:deep fry it at 4th gear until golden yellow, take it out, and it's done.

  6. 6.裝盤修飾:炸雞裝盤,用橙子、小番茄、生菜
    Plate decoration: the chicken plate, decorated with cherry, orange, lettuce.

注意:
1.本菜譜為40人份用量,具體制作可適當調整食材用量。
2.炸雞我們採用的是去骨雞腿肉,肉質緊實,製作者可憑個人喜好更換。
