healthy carrot cake的做法步驟圖

用料  

white or whole wheat flour 1/2 cup
baking powder 1 tsp
cinnamon 1 tsp
eggs 2
honey or maple syrup 30 ml
oil 30 ml
apple sauce unsweetened 1/4 cup
vanilla extract 1 tsp
carrots, peeled and grated 1 cup
ground cashew nuts 1/4 cup

healthy carrot cake的做法  

  1. preheat the oven to 180°

  2. in a bowl,combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and mixed spice, set aside.

  3. in a large bowl, beat the eggs on high speed for 1 min until foamy. add in the honey and beat for another 3-5 minutes until well combine. stir in the oil, apple sauce and vanilla extract. and in half of the four mixer and stir until just combine. and add in the rest four mixer.

  4. fold in the grated carrots and cashew nuts.

  5. put the batter into a 8 inch cake tin. place in the oven and bake for 30-35 mins.
