Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes的做法步驟圖

用料  

Oats 1 Cup
Milk or water 1 Cup
Vanilla extract 1 Tsp
Honey 1 Tsp
Baking powder 1/2 Tsp
Salt Pinch

Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes的做法  

  1. 1. Blending dry ingredients first then mix all the rest of ingredients together.
    2. Lower heat the pan to cook one side. Until one side stating to appears small bubbles on the top, then careful filp to another side.

    Can add blueberries or chocolate chips into the ingredients.
    Greek yogurt receipt:
    2/3 Cup Greek yogurt
    1/2 banana
    1/2 oats
    1 egg
    1 Tsp vanilla
    1 Tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

  2. 1 small or 1/2 large banana, mashed (see notes above)
    1/2 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional


    Mash the banana with a fork, then add almond milk and syrup (if using). Slowly add the flour and whisk to form pancake batter.


    Generously grease a pan with coconut oil and turn to medium heat. Pour about 2 tablespoons of the batter at a time onto the skillet and bake until the pancake is no longer runny, for about 2 to 4 minutes. Flip and bake it on the other side as well, until it turns golden brown. Repeat until you run out of all the batter.

  3. 42g | 1/3 cup spelt flour (all purpose flour (plain flour in the UK) can also be used)

    1 level teaspoon baking powder

    a tiny pinch of salt

    80mls | 1/3 cup non-dairy milk

    3/4 teaspoon chia seeds (White Chia seeds look best but black or white work equally well)

    1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

let the batter rest 10 mins

Each time serve 3 pancakes to keep lower fat and healthy.
