moist cakey texture
用料
橄欖油 | 1/4 cup |
蜂蜜 | 1/3 cup |
雞蛋 | 2 個 |
香蕉 | 3 根 |
牛奶(或水) | 1/3 cup |
香草精 | 1 tsp |
鹽 | 1/2 tsp |
肉桂 | 1/2 tsp |
麪粉 | 1 3/4 cup |
巧克力, 核桃, 葡萄乾。。。 | 越多越好 |
Healthy Banana Bread的做法
Beat together oil and honey. Add eggs and beat well. Whisk in mashed bananas and milk.
Add vanilla, salt, cinnamon and blend. Stir in flour until just combined (okay to have lumps).
Fold in additional mix-ins, if desired.
Pour batter into greased pan (9" round pan) and bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
