Healthy Banana Bread的做法步驟圖

no butter, no sugar, edited to have less oil/honey
moist cakey texture

用料  

橄欖油 1/4 cup
蜂蜜 1/3 cup
雞蛋 2 個
香蕉 3 根
牛奶(或水) 1/3 cup
香草精 1 tsp
1/2 tsp
肉桂 1/2 tsp
麪粉 1 3/4 cup
巧克力, 核桃, 葡萄乾。。。 越多越好

Healthy Banana Bread的做法  

  1. Beat together oil and honey. Add eggs and beat well. Whisk in mashed bananas and milk.

  2. Add vanilla, salt, cinnamon and blend. Stir in flour until just combined (okay to have lumps).

  3. Fold in additional mix-ins, if desired.

  4. Pour batter into greased pan (9" round pan) and bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Or until toothpick inserted  comes out clean.

小貼士

Add extra cinnamon on top for aesthetics :))
