Healthy banana muffin的做法步驟圖

用料  

Banana 1
Egg 1
Vanilla extract 1/2 Tsp
Honey Less 1/4 Cup
Cinnamon 1 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Greek yogurt 1/2 Cup
Almond milk 1 Cup
Oats 1 and 1/2 Cup

Healthy banana muffin的做法  

  1. 1. Preheating the oven to 180C
    2. Add banana to mash it until smooth, add egg to stir, add vanilla, honey, salt and Greek yogurt then mix it together. Then add oats then stir in milk.
    3. Fill each muffin tin a quarter of the way full. In each respective Cup, add chopped strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and almond or other nuts, then fill the cups to the top with the rest of batter.
    4. Baking 30 mins and allow to cool for 5 mins.
