Healthy Blueberry  Crisp的做法步驟圖

用料  

Oats 1 Cup
Blueberry 3 Cups
Sliced Almonds 1/2 Cup
Cinnamon Dash of it
Coconut oil 2 Table spoons
Honey 1/4 Cup or less
Banana Optional

Healthy Blueberry Crisp的做法  

  1. 1. Use coconuts oil to wipe the baking dish first or not. 2. Add blueberry and banana (optional) to a baking dish. Cover the sheet to bake 10 - 15mins, 190C. If only use blueberry then you can skip this step.
    3. In a separate bowl add oats, almonds, cinnamon, coconut oil and honey.
    4. Fold together until combined.
    5. Bake at 400F(204) for 30 mins with cover, then uncover and cook for 10mins of until golden brown on top.
