boiled egg 1
chopped avocado 1/2
chopped red onion 1 Table spoon
chopped red bell pepper 1 Table spoon
shredded carrot 1 Table spoon
salt and pepper sprinkle some

Healthy Salad for weight loss的做法  

  1. Combine eggs,avocado,onion,carrot and bell pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle on salt and ground pepper.

    2. Cucumber Tomato Avocado Salad
    4 - 6 tomatoes
    1/2 cucumber
    1/4 red onion
    1/2 avocado
    1 table spoon extra virgin olive oil
    1 table spoon lemon juice
    1/4 cup cilantro
    1/4 tea spoon salt
    1/8 tsp ground pepper
