Chunky Chat Masala(水果沙拉瑪莎拉)的做法
開始前:煮熟,切碎,煎至略金黃的土豆500克。取出放入碗中,冷卻。
加入薄荷酸辣醬2湯匙、檸檬汁1湯匙、姜茸1寸、青辣椒1粒及鹽1粒。拌勻。 加入一湯勺chat masala粉。加入切碎的芫荽葉。
小貼士:大多數水果chat、蘆薈chat、沙拉、豆芽、薯片、三明治、坦陀裏(tandoori)菜、旁遮普(punjabi)菜、果汁、達希瓦達(dahivada)菜和其他小吃搭配chat Masala小吃味道最好。

1. before you begin : Boil, chop, fry till slightly golden 500 gms potatoes. Remove in a bowl, cool.
2. Add 2 tbsp mint chutney, 1 tbsp lemon juice, inch piece ginger chopped, 1 chopped green chilli & salt. Mix well. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Everest Chat Masala. Add chopped coriander leaves.
TIP: Most fruit chats, aloo chats, salads, sprouted beans, finger chips, sandwiches, tandoori preparations, punjabi preparations, fruit juices, dahivada and other snacks taste best with a sprinkle of Everest Chat Masala.
