做這道菜只因為小傢伙在大洋彼岸的老師,America mom的對中華牛肉麪的喜愛。有次聊天,老師説他們的town中只有一家中國餐館,一碗要25美金,他們家都很喜歡,但是太奢侈了,一家人去吃要100多美金,太昂貴了,所以不可以經常吃。我突然想起在温村的時候自己寧願餓死也不願意嚥下哪些野蠻人的食物的經歷。於是翻了很多菜譜,硬着頭皮收拾這些血淋淋的肉,結果出乎意料,賣相很好,當然,味道也不錯。
就像本沒有路,走的人多了自然就有了路一樣。各位mom在養娃路上十八般武藝好好地發揮,若干年之後真的會各項精通~~廢話少説,記錄下來菜譜。

Their family liked it very much, but it was too luxurious. It cost more than 100 dollars for a family to eat, and they could not eat it often. I suddenly remembered that I would rather starve to death than swallow the food of some barbarians when I was in Canada. So I went through a lot of recipes and tried to clean up the bloody meat. It turned out to be unexpected . Of course, it tasted well.

  1. 主要原料登場
    牛腩肉、牛筋、生抽、老抽、香葉、桂皮、啤酒、白酒等

  2. 切小塊之後再冷水中浸泡半個小時以上,將血水泡出

  3. 燒開水,將浸泡後的肉塊放入沸水中焯,會看到很多帶血油乎乎的泡沫發出來。

  4. 煮上五六分鐘之後用漏網將這些血水濾去,等肉自然晾乾。

  5. 某寶上有滷肉包,這個很好用,裏面都配好了花椒、麻椒。肉桂、八角等。鐵鍋中放油,然後加入滷肉包爆香後將晾乾的牛肉塊翻炒,同時加入鹽、少量生抽和老抽。
