用料  

Apple|富士蘋果 1個
Loquat|枇杷果 2-3個
Sugar|紅糖 少許
Salt|鹽 少許

  1. Prepare fruit. I prefer to Fuji apple + Sichuan Meishan Danling loquat, juicy and fruity.
    準備水果,個人喜歡富士蘋果+四川眉山丹稜枇杷,果汁豐富,果香濃郁。

  2. Divide the apple into several sections to remove the the loquat and remove the core.
    蘋果分幾段去核,枇杷去皮去核。

  3. Put the cut loquat into the hollow part of the apple and wrap it in tin foil. Add a pinch of salt or sugar according to your taste.
    枇杷切成丁放入蘋果中空部分,用錫紙包裹。可以根據個人口味加入少許鹽或糖。

  4. Put it in the oven at 230 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
    放至烤箱230度等待20-30分鐘。
