雞翅chicken wings 4個 four
麪粉flour 少許 a little
澱粉starch 少許 a little
鹽 salt 1克 1g
醬油 soy sauce 2勺 2 spoons
葱薑蒜 少許 a little

  1. 將雞翅洗乾淨,浸在葱薑蒜和生抽裏,撒少許鹽,放置半小時到一小時。Wash the chicken winds, soak them in the onion, ginger, garlic and soy sauce, sprinkle with a little salt, and place for half an hour to one hour.
