用料  

布里奶酪/卡蒙貝爾奶酪 brie cheese or camembert cheese 250 g/9 oz.
山核桃/核桃 pecan nuts or walnuts 60 g/2 oz.
大蒜 garlic clove 1 瓣
新鮮迷迭香/百里香/香菜 fresh rosemary or fresh thyme or fresh parsley 1 tablespoon
橄欖油 olive oil 1 tablespoon
鹽和胡椒 salt and pepper 少量

生酮keto】烤布里奶酪 Oven-Baked Brie Cheese的做法  

  1. 預熱烤箱至400°F(200°C)。把奶酪放在墊上烤紙的烤盤內或放在一個小烤盤上。Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a small baking dish.

  2. 把堅果稍微切碎,大蒜切蓉。與其他材料混合(鹽,胡椒,橄欖油)。Chop the nuts coarsely and the garlic finely. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Salt and pepper.

  3. 堅果碎放奶酪上,烤十分鐘至奶酪和堅果上色。趁熱食用或者稍放置再食用均可。Place the nut mix on the cheese and bake for 10 minutes until cheese and nuts have turned a nice color. Serve warm or lukewarm.
