(1 egg &1 onion &1 garlic & herb)
(1tsp Dijon& 1tsp W & 1tbsp ketchup)
into patties, make well in center
cover & fridge-until ready to cook.
Season with salt & pepper & oil.Heat a griddle or frying pan
Add 1tbsp oil
Patties:5-8minutes on each side
cheese on top: water&cover-melted.Buns: toast-Mayo&mustard
lettuce or rocket
tomato, cucumber/pickle.
