家裏過年買的雲片糕快到期了,去年我出了方子,今年再出一個。把家裏現有的食材用上,做了個美麗的甜點。吃着美味的同時,特別感謝那些為了讓我們安心在家現在堅守在工作崗位的朋友。

The cloud cake that my family bought for the Spring Festival is about to expire. Last year, I worked out a way to eat it. This year, I worked out another way to eat it. Use the existing ingredients at home and make a beautiful dessert. While eating delicious food, I especially thank those friends who stick to their jobs.

雲片糕 | 150克 |
牛奶 | 250毫升 |
枸杞 | 8粒 |
年糕 | 一塊 |
雲片糕華麗變身美麗甜品的做法
1、家裏庫存的大糕。
2、取出糕放在冷開水中泡一夜。
3、把沒有泡軟的糕剪剪碎放入鍋中,再倒入一盒牛奶,中火邊煮邊攪至無顆粒。
4、好朋友送的家鄉特產,冰糖年糕。拆封後將盤子底抹油,再把年糕放上面蒸軟。
5、此時大糕徹底化在牛奶裏,讓我想起年代食物:奶糕。
6、年糕蒸軟後用花朵模具壓出年糕小花,取枸杞子插入年糕。造型做好放入奶糕中。一份美麗的甜點。(可以放年糕,元宵)
