【酸奶蒸蛋糕】寶寶輔食 Yogurt Steamed cake的做法
準備雞蛋倒入大盆中。加入泡打粉,用打蛋器/蛋抽 攪拌均勻。 Beat the 3 eggs into a large receipient.
Add the baking powder and stir well with the eggs.加入過篩的低筋麪粉,用打蛋器/蛋抽輕輕攪拌。
Add the sifted low gluten flour and stir gently with the mix.攪拌均勻至細膩無干粉狀態。Stir until nor more dry flour is left (do not over stir)
加入玉米油(其他液體油),攪拌均勻。最後加入酸奶每一次都要翻拌均勻,再加入下一樣食材。 Add corn oil (or any other oil) and stir. Finally, add the yogurt and mix evenly, and then add the dry ingredients of your choice.
拌好的混合液是細膩的糊狀。 The mixed mixture is a fine paste.
