用料  

Cherry 1 pound
Mixed stone fruit 4 cup
Whole wheat flour 1 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp

Summer fruit gratin的做法  

  1. Topping: 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats, 1/4 cup almonds, 1 tsp whole wheat flour, 2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/8 tsp salt, 2 tsp canola oil, 1 tsp dark honey

  2. Preheat oven to 180

  3. Mix . Sprinkle. Bake

  4. Bake until the fruit is bubbling and topping is lightly browned. 45-55min

  5. Serve warm or room temperature
