Vietnamese summer rolls的做法步驟圖

用料  

Rice paper. Rice noodles.
Pork bell. prawn
Lettuce. Cucumber.
Mint. Coriander.
Dipping sauce.

Vietnamese summer rolls的做法  

  1. Pork belly: boil simmer for 15mins
                       Cool. Thinly sliced.
    Prawn: boil
    Rice noodles: boiling water cover for 5mins
                            Drain under running water.

  2. Rice paper: dip in cold water(don’t leave it in)
    3 prawns & 3 pork belly
    Lettuce. Cucumber.
    ( sprouts)
    Mint. Coriander.
    Rice noodles.
    Fold.
