用料  

Jalapeño pepper 1個
Avocado 1個
Pineapple 1/2 杯
Cheery tomatoes 1/2 杯
Red onions 1/3 杯
Cilantros 3 tbsp
Lime juice 1/2 杯
Sea salt A pinch
coconut oil 1~2 tsp
Wild salmon fillets 320g
lime wedge + Cilantro 裝飾

Salmon with Pineapple-Avocado Salsa的做法  

  1. 材料全部切塊兒,並在碗中攪拌。靜置。

  2. 用coconut oil涮鍋。把Salmon魚皮一面朝下。每1/2 inch煎4分鐘。當兩面皮下變色後再煎1-2分鐘。

  3. 裝盤,澆檸檬汁,蓋上1/2的Salsa。點綴Lemon和Cilantro。
