Sweet Potato Puree 紅薯泥的做法
Cover the sweet potatoes with water in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until soft, about 15 minutes. 紅薯放入加滿水的鍋中燒開。轉小火慢慢煮到變軟,約15分鐘。
Drain the sweet potaoes. Heat the cream and butter together until the butter is melted. Whip the potatoes with and immersion blender.紅薯濾水,奶油加黃油加熱直至黃油融化,用手持攪拌機將紅薯打爛。
Add the cream and butter little by little until you get the right consistency. They should be smooth, soft and creamy. Season with salt, paprika and pepper.慢慢加入奶油黃油混合液直至理想的稠度,最後的紅薯泥口感順滑,柔軟。加入鹽和黑椒粉,辣椒粉調味。
