Duck a l'orange的做法步驟圖

用料  

Duck breast
2 tbsp sugar & 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 cup blood orange juice & 1 cup chicken stock. 2 blood orange

Duck a l'orange的做法  

  1. Oven190c
    Duck breast: pat dry& score & season
    frying pan: medium  heat
    Duck: skin side down 5-6 mins
    Turn: 2 minutes
    Drain
    Oven: 190c- 15 mins medium
    Rest

  2. Sauce: in a small saucepan
    2 tbsp sugar & 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
    Pour in 2 blood orange juice &
    1 cup chicken stock : boil-cook for 15 mins
    Reduced.
