把香蕉切成片
Cut the banana into slices將蜂蜜、肉桂和肉豆蔻拌勻
Combine honey, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well在平底鍋裏用一點椰子油加熱香蕉片2-3分鐘。
Heat bananas with a bit of coconut oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes.加蜂蜜混合物,燒2分鐘。
Add honey mixture and cook until bananas are well coated and soft.立即上桌。
