Cinnamon Bananas - 桂枝香蕉的做法步驟圖

用料  

蜂蜜 - Honey 2茶匙 - 2 Teaspoons
桂枝粉 - Cinnamon (ground) 1茶匙 - 1 Teaspoon
豆蔻粉 - Nutmeg (ground) 1/4 茶匙 - 1/4 Teaspoon
香蕉 - Bananas 2個 - 2
椰油 - Coconut Oil

Cinnamon Bananas - 桂枝香蕉的做法  

  1. 把香蕉切成片
    Cut the banana into slices

  2. 將蜂蜜、肉桂和肉豆蔻拌勻
    Combine honey, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix well

  3. 在平底鍋裏用一點椰子油加熱香蕉片2-3分鐘。
    Heat bananas with a bit of coconut oil in a pan for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 加蜂蜜混合物,燒2分鐘。
    Add honey mixture and cook until bananas are well coated and soft.

  5. 立即上桌。
    Serve immediately.
